Non delivery of my pods!

I called pods to move us from Illinois to Tennessee. First part of move, getting pods and pickup, went great. Since trying to get pods delivered to new place has been nothing but a screw up. Being told pods are still in Chicago and cant get here for another 3 wks! Paying for apt I cant live in and no apparent interest in helping us!

Over billing

They are over billing me and I have Ben calling to to resolve the issue Spence February I have talked to at 20 different Representatives a number of them see the issue and tell me theyre going to correct it and that theyll have other people reach out to me no one reaches out no one addresses the issue and they just keep billing me unfairly

Delay in POD delivery

My account is lost and I cant get my POD delivered What else can I say but PODs has lost my account and is charging me rent for three PODs that I cannot get delivered to my new home in Albuquerque

Follow-Up on previous post

After many, many emails, texts and phone calls, we were finally assigned a contact person. They did agree to deliver our two pods to us in an area "outside their service area" (49.5 miles from Everett) Of course with restrictions and with an extra cost for each POD ($339.00, seems excessive) and they can only deliver one POD at a time and only Tuesday and Saturday. I guess this beats the alternative of have to do an on-site unload in Everett, get a moving company or rental a very large truck! So, they did resolve our issue, but it caused a lot of undo stress for us.

UNRELIABLE

Received an email with a pick-up time of 7:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. I called at 12:30 p.m. because they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and advised they had a truck issue and would now be picking up at 2:00 p.m. Its now 2:56 p.m. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN as no one calls the customer and was advised they didn't have a time to give me. I requested to speak to a Manager or Supervisor and apparently NONE Exist with PODS. Last time I am using them for any of my needs. They have no customer service ethics.

User's recommendation: USE SOMEONE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
