Very dysfunctional!!!! Damaged pod delivered, called for replacement (check pictures). Replacement came and driver noted the first pod was for local use not for out of state. New one came with a new charges and old contract was voided.Called pods 8 times to try to get it resolved. Still working on it. WOW!!!!! PODS, you should be embarrassed with this pod unit. Next stop, face book!

Can't get my POD!!

My POD was scheduled for delivery on 6/10. My account is paid in full. I called 6/7/21 and the rep confirmed at least 5 times the POD was scheduled to deliver 6/10/21. By 7pm on 6/10, NO POD, no email or call. I called them on 6/10/21. They had no information for delivery. Now told POD will deliver 6/11, and I should receive an email or call. WRONG! I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL OR EMAIL. I called on 6/11 and now told it will deliver 6/12 and I should expect an email or call. It is now noon 6/12, and no email or call from PODS. My account still says delivery expected 6/10. I CALLED 4 TIMES SINCE 6/7 AND I STILL DONT HAVE A POD! POD!HERE IS MY POD?

User's recommendation: Do NOT expect a timely delivery! DO expect extremely long hold times when you call!

Terrible customer service

They are very quick to take your credit card info and information but try to reach a customer service rep...your hold time is over 30mins, then the call drops. No service on line and no one to chat with although they claim to have a chat room on line. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS... NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

Invoice issue

I'd like to express my frustration over an issue I've been trying to resolve since May 3rd. The last name on my invoice is displayed incorrectly-it says Pods instead of my real last name. This shouldn't be difficult to fix and it should have been done correctly in the first place. I called Pods at least 4 times and every time was told the corrected invoice would be emailed to me soon. I'm STILL waiting-what a shame.

Customer Service / Delivery

Ordered a 16' POD on 4/20 for delivery 4/22. Initial purchased stated door towards garage, however POD was dropped off in wrong direction. Called to ask for this to be fixed and was told I would have to pay for repositioning, even through it was their fault!!

Worst Company EVER!!

Where do I begin? Representative on phone suggested a 7 foot POD for my moving needs. Everything did NOT fit in this pod.....had to get another one and couldn't even talk to a manager about the entire situation. When pods delivered to new residence, EVERYTHING was tipped over and spilled all over the place. Couldn't even get the door open to begin with. Called to complain about everything....no manager ever called me back.....thought I would get some sort of compensation for my trouble - NO....not a word from mgt. The entire company sucks....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! and I will tell everyone in the world NOT to use this company - EVER.

Couldn’t reach driver delivering Pod to instruct where to leave it

Driver delivered it without talking to me but he did ok choosing nearest spot available. Not sure where he left the lock though

I have extended here now fourn times. of course I paid a security deposit the first time. but when I renewed the times after that the people even said it's the same room why would you have to pay again. well the fourth guy judged me and looked at me like k was *** he insisted on one because he thought I was broke and had no money it was a way to embarrass me.
