PODS - Horrible experience with IESHA,in billing

This representative has absolutely no idea how to represent the POD services, questions or answers. Her confusion has caused my billing to be late and my roomates order to be canceled. Never will i use or refer The POD to any of movers, people looking for storage ect. I would fire her immediately!!
