Refusing to pick up the Pod that has been scheduled and rescheduled 4 times since 12/8/25 . Customer service is of no help they keep telling us that the driver can’t pick up the pod because it’s block

Make sure that you find out what days your drop off location is serviced and whay days your drop off service is serviced. They use a third party service for scheduling. Customer service is a joke as this service is outsorced.

Pod has been scheduled and rescheduled 4 times since 12/7/25 to be picked up. Driver keeps saying that the pod is blocked.

I have a landlord there who has been waiting for 2 days for the truck to show up. There has not been any truck showing up.

I have video proof that the pod is not blocked but customer service at Pods.com just dismisses us. I have yet to get a manager on the phone.

Terrible service

We used pods as we thought they were reliable. The young man who picked up the pod on the way out of the driveway knocked down a tree and put *** in the top of what was to be an indoor container.

Outside, rain got in and rusted out several items like an original Ben Franklin stove and more. We went there, and they had no record of us making an appointment, which we did, to find much of the pod with water. Every time there were different people, never the same. I called several times and asked for a discount when running their 30% off.

They took my name and number, but there was never a response. So we went there, and they said the pod was now on top inside and they were too busy to bring it down.

A young lady asked me about the damages. I was truthful and said I was not sure; they should check their emails.

Urgent: Incorrect Container Placement Despite On-Site Instruction – Request for Correction and Reimbursement

I am contacting you regarding a recent delivery to my address on [insert date], where your driver was instructed on-site to place the container in a specific, designated location. Despite these instructions, the container was dropped in an unauthorized area, which has resulted in a violation and fine from my HOA.

I understand that I signed a waiver form prior to drop-off; however, I gave direct verbal placement instructions to the driver that were not followed. The resulting placement is not only inconvenient but has caused financial consequences that were completely avoidable.

I am requesting the following:

Immediate repositioning of the container at no cost

Reimbursement of the HOA fine.

Confirmation that this issue is being documented and escalated appropriately

Everything was awesome except I was told it would take at most nine days for pod to be delivered to final address. We are now being told it will take over three weeks.

Still cant get a solid answer.

Dear PODS Customer Relations Team,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent interaction I had with your customer service representative, Melinda.

During our conversation, I explained that I am currently experiencing significant financial hardship due to the recent and unexpected loss of two loved ones. This has been an incredibly difficult time, both emotionally and financially, and I reached out hoping to find understanding and flexibility as I attempted to preserve the items I have stored with PODS.

Unfortunately, I was met with a lack of empathy and an unprofessional attitude.

When I proposed a payment plan, Melinda responded in a rude and condescending tone, stating that no discussion could occur until I paid half of the outstanding balance. She then told me to call back on May 12 once I had the funds. When I informed her that May 12 was the date of the funeral service for one of my loved ones, she simply said okay and abruptly ended the call.

I was devastated by this interaction. I was prepared to make a good-faith effort and arrange a payment plan to avoid losing my belongingsmany of which hold sentimental value connected to the loved ones Ive recently lost.

Despite this, Melinda was entirely unwilling to work with me or even offer a respectful tone during the conversation.

It is hard enough to endure the grief and financial pressure that comes with the loss of family members. To now also be facing the loss of their cherished belongings due to a lack of support and compassion from your team is heartbreaking.

I have been a loyal customer and expected to be treated with basic dignity and respect. Sadly, that was not the case.

I am not only hurt, but thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I received. I feel compelled to share this experience with others, as no one should have to feel this dismissed and devalued during such a sensitive time.

I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way in the future.

Impossible to reach customer service for 2 days, 5 phone calls and bot messaging, waiting for a human. Pissed Consumer finally got me to one, but she can't make the final decision (PODS double booked me for tomorrow and I refuse to be stuck with the bill) and besides, her shift just ended.

She sent me to "the people who can resolve this" and after spending another 10 minutes on hold (chump change in the PODS customer service universe) the people at that line are gone for the day. I.Give.Up.

The company delivered a larger pod at no extra cost.

I haven't enough space here to report on all the efforts I made and the enormous amount of time it involved. Suffice it to say, I spent an entire weekend trying to speak to a live person.

When I finally did, the company representative notified me that her shift was ending and that I needed to talk to someone else in an unspecified department. She patched me through and I received a message saying that the department was closed for the day. That's when I just gave up.

Fortunately, the product side of the company is much better than customer service and I have had no further issues. We'll see what happens when they pick up the pod and calculate a final bill.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Never do anything they say.

Still waiting to speak to a customer service representative in the US. You cant get in touch with the corporate office.

Everything routed to a call center which is useless. Still waiting for them to clean up my street after their driver spewed hydraulic fluid all over it.

I attempted to set pickup date 6/23/2025 and no satisfactory date was allowed on the PODS online calendar. I called and was given the earliest date of 7/2/2025 for pickup from the current site.

My house has been sold and the new owners will want occupancy to the residence no later than Thursday 6/25/2025. The POD is in driveway denying any access.

I believe I had 7 day for an update as advertised. Please respond by phone indicating why the pickup date of 6/23/2025 can not be fulfilled.

Deceived into paying an extremely high transfer fee

I contacted Pods on their website 2/20/25. I was quoted 594.00 to pick up and deliver 8x8 to Florida.

I was never quoted a transfer fee of $2300.00 until after the Pod was picked up. If I knew it was that much money, I would not have used this service. Pods waited until after I filled the pod and they picked it up; then they told me it would be 2300.00. I was deceived!

This was a dirty business transaction! You did not inform me of a transfer fee, never. It was not quoted to me until the 30th of April, after you picked up my pod and told me I had to pay the fee or else I would not get my stuff back. Very dirty business!

I was told a manager would contact me, and they hung up twice on me and never called back.

They lied to me on the phone; there was no manager to speak with. This is a company I would never recommend!

Representative never informed me that it would take a week for them to pick Pods up,.

On May 19, I called to discuss transferring a pod from Texas to Atlanta, Georgia, and to clarify the payment required to go over my rental agreement with the customer representative. The third representative I spoke with informed me of the payment amount and the specific day I need to call to schedule the move-in date, as well as where the pod will likely be transferred in Georgia. I was also informed that the pod would be delivered/ scheduled the payment two to one weeks prior to July 5, and what steps I needed to take to pick it up by the July 6,..Each representative mentioned that my call was recorded.

I had your service for 3 months this year January...

I had your service for 3 months this year January February March, service was A1 from start to finish. No complaints there.

My complaint is and was that I was charged $49 a month for insurance that I did not authorize. This charge was in February and March 2025 statements. I need my $98 refund credited to my credit card, from you. If not I will be stopping payment on this fraudulent charge through my credit card company.(Chase) Thank you for your response to this matter.

Over charged

Original nightmare all started 3 days after they dropped off the pods. They showed up unannounced to pick up the pods because they were "called off for pick up!" They were not even loaded!

Fast forward to after they were delivered to new address picked up and gone, Pods charged me a storage fee even though the pods were at my house getting unloaded. I have every invoice, went over it with them. The go silent once they see I am correct, but then tell me I'm wrong about the original amount. Then they tell me the verbiage is wrong on the invoice so they will fix it so it reflects what they want.

I ask for a supervisor or someone who can actually help me, they place me on hold then hang up. One even thought she placed me on hold and proceeded to talk trash about me then hung up. Called my Bank to stop payment, but was told normally they can but the way they send the payment there is no way to stop it.

Needless to say the walked away with 271.08, money I'll never see again. Good job Pods for being scam artists.
