Pods - Review in Transportation and Storage category

The first time we used the pods service, almost 10 years ago, it went well. This time has been a service nightmare. They keep trying to send us extra pod containers. They've charged us for multiple "pods" several different months (we've only ever had, or wanted, one of them). They've called to say they were coming to pick up our pod randomly when we weren't ready for them to pick it up. It has been a fight since day one.

Pods - Storage Unit Review from Miami, Florida

Worst company ever!!! Horrible customer they broke into my unit and when they dropped it off they claimed that the lock wasn't properly locked upon opening the unit I discovered that my very expensive marble dining table had been missing furniture were discombobulated and my crystal glass tableware were all broken on top of all that damage they charged my account over $800 dollars and they came and picked up the unit before the schedule pick up date and now my stuff is gone!!!
