PODS - Over charged and bill still accumulating new charges

Over charged and bill still accumulating new charges. Called pods three times telling them to pick up pod, two weeks later pod is still sitting and customer services say I still owe bill and refuse to remove in meantime pods still adding monthly rental. Charged three times for delivery. Wait hour to talk to someone on phone just to have a rude individual who pushes you off to someone's voicemail. Now I'm headed to file class action..

PODS - I will never use pod storage again

Pod gave me a schedule date that they would take the payment out, but they end up taking it out when every they wanted. I have talked to customers service many times. They are rude and I don't recommend any body using them. They took the payment out of my account on a 6th. I called and schedule a pick up on the 8th. I asked can they prorate it, they said no. So I ended up paying them $300 for having a pod for 8 days.
