PODS - They made it right

I'm happy to report after an initial scheduling, delivery and billing issue the PODS Mgt team stepped up to correct the matter immediately. I got my Pod and contents as i packed them along with proper billing adjustments.

PODS - POD STORAGE ARE THIEVES

My family had all of are property in this storage unit and my personal items and Auction are stuff off with out giving us time to at least pay and get are thing When we ask to please deliver the pod they said they wouldn't do it. Pods shut down for days

We live in Texas and are trying to get hold of someone regarding our pod delievery. I have materials in the pod I expected to be delivered for work. They have completely shut down the entire company because of the hurricane. No phone or email or updates when they will be back online POds must be very poorly managed if they operate nationally without a back up plan for weather especially in Florida.
