I lost my job of 11 years. I was told POD was responsible, quick and the best way to go.
I was told you can take care of everything on line. You donโt schedule, they schedule. They do not communicate, they do not meet your needs. 1.
I put in a request 10 days in advance for no one to call and communicate with us. 2. The system never accepted my return or pick up POD dates. They scheduled the pick up.

POD delivered on the 12 of June 2018 and has been empty since the 12 of June 2018.
The POD is empty and waiting for pick up. They want to charge us for a empty POD sitting on rental property.
We are not satisfied or happy with POF.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
PODS Pros: Having a container in driveway to pack ourselves.
PODS Cons: Unreliable delivery time.
