Unfulfilled promises on timing.

Everything was awesome except I was told it would take at most nine days for pod to be delivered to final address. We are now being told it will take over three weeks.
Still cant get a solid answer.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Never do anything they say.

Still waiting to speak to a customer service representative in the US. You cant get in touch with the corporate office.

Everything routed to a call center which is useless. Still waiting for them to clean up my street after their driver spewed hydraulic fluid all over it.

I haven't enough space here to report on all the efforts I made and the enormous amount of time it involved. Suffice it to say, I spent an entire weekend trying to speak to a live person.

When I finally did, the company representative notified me that her shift was ending and that I needed to talk to someone else in an unspecified department. She patched me through and I received a message saying that the department was closed for the day. That's when I just gave up.

Fortunately, the product side of the company is much better than customer service and I have had no further issues. We'll see what happens when they pick up the pod and calculate a final bill.

She was helpful as she could be. Didn’t tell me if they had. Permit to park it on the street. Pids driver came went to the house where no one lives then parked it on the street it’s an eyesore makes our street like an eyesore. Shouldn’t be on the street the streets not that wide cars parked on both sides.

Well being Lied to constantly every time we call it Sucks can't trust anything they say or the prices they quote. Nothing but Lie's everytime we call and they owe us about 700 bucks and refuse to settle. So overall don't Trust them and would not Recommend them to anyone. Nothing but Thieves and Liar's

Pods representative answered, the phone had no authority to do anything and didn’t follow up. Subsequent calls were fruitless. Photos of damage was sent to pods. Promises not action.

They delivered the empty pod in a timely manner but anytime I tried to call them after that I had to wait on hold for almost two hours. Very disappointing customer service to say the least. Maybe pods should move their customer service center to the USA instead of the philippine islands and the phone issue would be resolved.

Was lied to about the ability to change the date on time without charge, sent through extensive calls and then a claim was opened and denial letter sent, 4 more phone calls to that office with not response. Another attempt to reach someone and redirected to the claims women that never responds. Very disappointed!
