POD driver backed into our brick mailbox. The driver and the manager said it would be taken care of.

Well it hasnt. All that POD headquarters will say is the n Manager is aware of it. He could contact you. That was well over a month ago.

No one is doing anything. $350.

Worth of damage. PODS refuses to act.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

They have also over charged me at least $475 . We problem never see it.

The will pay. However they want me to drop the other claim. Real honest.

There customer service advocate does not work for the client.

She is 100% a pod employee. I wonder if she works on commission.
