Staff were often rude to employees as well as customers. For escalated calls PODS has set up a higher authority agent called Customer Care Agent. All calls where a customer has asked to speak with a supervisor/manager they are forwarded to these more seasoned agents....

They quoted 1054 to get pods in my state.. But they refuse to deliver to my house.. They charged me double.. Said closest they could deliver was 75 miles away.. There are pods 11 miles from my house .. Fraud and lies..

POD driver backed into our brick mailbox. The driver and the manager said it would be taken care of. Well it hasnt. All that POD headquarters will say is the n Manager is aware of it. He could contact you. That was well over a month ago. No one is doing anything. $350. Worth of damage. PODS refuses to act.

Many large wood items mangled due to the tipping 40 degrees upon re delivery...I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it! My 100 year old piano was inside. Pods denied my claim because there was no exterior damage to POD. Anyone else file a suit against them?

PODS took money from my account for a payment I was unaware I owed. It put my my bank account in jeopardy for overdraft. I was unable to schedule a propane delivery and caused me $75.00 for a unscheduled delivery after two days of no heat during temperatures of less than 20 degrees.
