I ordered a 16' PODS container which took me 5 days to load. It was picked up on 9/26/16 by 0900. It was taken to the Lexington, KY storage facility without issue. However, Nathan Egbers called from Clearwater, FL to tell me that the forklift couldn't lift the POD and that it was over weight. Yes my husband and I used Pods to move. Pods came as promise seemed all to easy, till they keeped billing my credit card after all transaction were concluded. I called the corporate office and will go there if needed. Then they gave only a partical refund. Very bad people. No wonder why America is like it is. Lot's of dishonest people. For shame on them.

The most incompetent and inefficient customer service I have ever encountered. Every time you call, and trust me you will have to call, you have to wait on hold for 1/2 hour minimum and 99% of the time they cannot or will not resolve your problem. The delivery of your empty container will come on time because they want to start the "monthly billing cycles" but trust me that is the only thing that will be timely with PODS thereafter. They... They are completely inept they have no clue on the where a bouts of their drivers. They can't tell when they will show up. They don't reach out to you. Do your self a big favor. Do not use their service. I took time off and hired help. And they the pod did not show up. They don't call you and they don't care. Call center is real good at taking down your credit card information but beyond that. A real pain Read more

I cannot believe what an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company this is!!!!! I guess if everything goes well you get a nice container and you use it and then they remove it. For me it didn't go that way. Got my two PODS delivered on Monday 8/8, completely outside of the windows they provided. Gave 7-10am and 4-7pm. Both delivered at 2:00 and 3:00. On top of that they put them in the wrong spots (way different than the detailed instructions provided... Read more

This company is a nightmare. I used them to move from SWFL to WV. Pick up and delivery was 5 days. The evening before the delivery I was left a message that they had to reschedule delivery another 3 days due to the trucks getting permits to go through VA. The eveing prior to Aug 11th delivery, I was told there were unforseen circumstances at the warehouse 60 miles away from the delivery site and would need to be rescheduled another 5 days. I... I have been dealing with PODS from March 2016 to now, August 2016 and wish I had listened to online reviews. They are horrible. Their website is horrible. Their customer service is horrible. Their billing is horrible. I would never recommend them and will never use them again. Frankly, I am surprised they are still in business. I ordered my first pod in March. I would HIGHLY encourage ANYONE that is going to be needing moving to under NO circumstances to use this company for your moving needs, as we are currently experiencing the worst moving nightmare ever. We purchased a home back in June and after reading the reviews we felt PODS would be our best option as once you can load it at your convenience.
